Six alternative packages are available each including: a specific number of days’ support per annum, a telephone helpline service with messages responded to within 24 hours, emergency call outs (not exceeding one hour) responded to within 4 hours.

  • The installation and support of a Wireless Network (Wi-Fi)
  • The installation and support of Digital CCTV.
  • Hardware support on Admin and Curriculum including Data Backup Systems.
  • Troubleshooting on both Admin and Curriculum networks and computers.
  • Setting up domains and users.
  • Installing and testing new hardware and software (printers, scanners, cameras, IWB, Visualisers etc).
  • Setting up devices for the internet and e-mail including web browsers & email software.
  • Microsoft Licencing Agreements.
  • Microsoft 365 Set up and support, including Teams.
  • Google Workspace Set up and support, including Google Classroom.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) iPad, Chromebook, etc
  • Advice on the management and auditing of ICT resources.
  • Technical training for technicians, classrooms assistants and ICT co-ordinators.
